[Top 10 Tuesday is a book blog meme hosted by the wonderful The Broke and the Bookish because who doesn’t love top 10 lists!]
It’s time for another Top Ten! This week’s topic is Top Ten 2016 Releases I Meant To Read But Didn’t Get To (But TOTALLY plan to).
The Mothers by Brit Bennett
Hag-seed by Margaret Atwood
The Wangs vs The World by Jade Chang
The Wonder by Emma Donoghue
A House Without Windows by Nadia Hashimi
The Underground Railroad by Colson Whitehead
You’ll Grow Out of It by Jessi Klein
Do Not Say We Have Nothing by Madeleine Thien
Shrill by Lindy West
In the Country We Love by Diane Guerrero
Have you read any of these? What are your thoughts? What 2016 releases are you planning on reading this year?
I haven’t read any of these, but that last cover and title intrigues me!

I’m reading it right now and it’s so heartbreaking. I’m sitting at home crying for the girl who was left all alone. I highly recommend supplementing her memoir with her interviews or talks – they are very emotional.
